Exchange & Return Policy
WearMNM maintains a strict no-return/no-refund policy. Exchanges are only permitted under specific conditions within a 7-day window from the delivery date.
Qualifying Conditions for Exchange
You may request an exchange only if:

The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

The product received is different from what you ordered.

Parts of the package are missing (tags, labels, original packaging).
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are strictly ineligible for exchange or return:

Discounted/Sale items.

Unstitched articles that have already been stitched.

Wedding Wear and Couture (no exceptions).

Luxury Fabrics.
How to Raise a Dispute
If your item is defective or incorrect, you must act within 7 days of delivery:

Review: WearMNM will review the dispute on an individual basis.

Resolution: Once the dispute is settled, a replacement of the same value will be issued and sent to your address.

Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the exchange.
Order Cancellation & Refunds

No Cash Refunds: WearMNM does not offer money-back guarantees.

Credit Card/PayPal: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Instead of a refund, you will receive a coupon code valid for 60 days.

Company Cancellations: WearMNM reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, quality control failures, or payment declines.
